1. All Sales Are Final

 


Due to the nature of the sneaker and streetwear resale market, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

 

 

 

2. Exchange Policy

  • Original receipt required.
  • Tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
  • No exchanges on limited releases, hyped items, or discounted items.

 

 

 

3. Defective Items

 


All items are inspected prior to sale.

If you believe you received a defective product:

 

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify.

 

 

 

 

4. Authentication Guarantee

 


We guarantee every item sold is 100% authentic.

If an item is found not to be authentic (must be verified by an approved third-party authenticator), we will issue a full refund or equal-value store credit.

 

 

 

5. Final Sale Items

 


The following items are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Limited releases
  • Consignment items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (socks, laces, cleaner, etc.)

 

 

 

 

6. Online Orders

 

  • All online sales are final.
  • Xtreme Concepts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
