At Xtreme Concepts, we value our customers and stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our refund and exchange policy below:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the sneaker and streetwear resale market, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
2. Exchange Policy
- Original receipt required.
- Tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
- No exchanges on limited releases, hyped items, or discounted items.
3. Defective Items
All items are inspected prior to sale.
If you believe you received a defective product:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify.
4. Authentication Guarantee
We guarantee every item sold is 100% authentic.
If an item is found not to be authentic (must be verified by an approved third-party authenticator), we will issue a full refund or equal-value store credit.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Limited releases
- Consignment items
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (socks, laces, cleaner, etc.)
6. Online Orders
- All online sales are final.
- Xtreme Concepts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
