At Xtreme Concepts, we value our customers and stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our refund and exchange policy below:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the sneaker and streetwear resale market, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
2. Exchange Policy

Original receipt required.

Tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.

No exchanges on limited releases, hyped items, or discounted items.
3. Defective Items
All items are inspected prior to sale.
If you believe you received a defective product:

You must notify us within 24 hours of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify.
4. Authentication Guarantee
We guarantee every item sold is 100% authentic.
If an item is found not to be authentic (must be verified by an approved third-party authenticator), we will issue a full refund or equal-value store credit.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Consignment items

Sale or discounted items

Accessories (socks, laces, cleaner, etc.)
6. Online Orders

All online sales are final.

Xtreme Concepts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
XTREME CONCEPTS – IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all in-store pickup orders are subject to the following policies:
1. Order Verification
All customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup.
- The name on the ID must match the name on the order
- Orders will not be released without proper identification
2. Payment Verification
Customers are required to bring the physical card used for the purchase.
- The card must match the payment method used during checkout
- Failure to present the card may result in order cancellation or refund
3. Order Review Process
All orders are reviewed before being approved for pickup.
- We use Shopify fraud analysis tools to assess risk levels
- Orders flagged as medium or high risk may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification
4. Processing Time
Orders are not immediately ready after purchase.
- Please allow time for verification and processing
- You will receive a notification when your order is officially ready for pickup
5. High-Value & Large Orders
Additional scrutiny is applied to:- High-value items (limited sneakers, premium apparel, etc.)
- Large quantity purchases
These orders may require extra verification steps before approval
6. Fraud Prevention & Payment SecurityWe utilize Shopify Payments for secure transactions and built-in fraud detection.
- Suspicious orders may be held or canceled at our discretion
- We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears fraudulent
